A while ago we introduced a feature at forestry.io called Blocks, which can be used to create a “page builder” type of interface. This feature was accompanied by a demo project that used Hugo to create a page builder. We’ve since had many Jekyll users looking for guidance on how to use this feature effectively with Jekyll.
This week, we put together a polished component library called uBuild, and created a Jekyll theme for it that uses Forestry’s Blocks feature to provide this page builder interface.
