It seems like with jekyll and minimal-mistakes, I have to store all of my posts together under _posts. I think I would prefer and find it more convenient to separate them. I will have 3 categories of posts. These categories of posts are exhaustive and non-overlapping. I think I would prefer to have them separated out by subdirectories. Right now I was relying on categories to distinguish them and build the separate paths to the collections of posts.
It feels like there must be a simpler way.
