Git-hub issue with top of page?

Hi… This may be completely off topic… If so please let me know and I will remove it.

So… I have a git repository and site https://chipsandcurrysauce.github.io/huddersfield-explorer/ but on Git-hub its loading /Huddersfield-explorer/ to my page at the top.

The site is still in production but as an example I have uploaded the exact same code etc to my ultimate domain http://www.huddersfield-explorer.co.uk/ so you can see it there… where that same issue is not arising.

I am therefore wondering if this is just something that GitHub does when adding a site or is there something wrong with my layout.

I am only a week into Jekyll so its probably me - But any help would be appreciated.

(And if you do have a chance to look then my code is probably all over the place but hey I’m new and learning so please don’t be too harsh  )

Aha… quick update…

It was me… Obviously…

I had {{ site.baseurl }}{% include head.html %} at the top of my home layout page…

so simply removed {{ site.baseurl }} and all is well…

I never got the error though on localhost or on my godaddy shared host so very weird but thanx to it being on Git I’ve at least solved a potential problem.
