Self hosting JS

I’m using the Chirpy theme and wondered if it is possible to self host all of the JS?

I believe the theme uses npm packages hosted on cdn.jsdelivr.net.

I’m just trying to learn about web servers and security and would like to try using a strict CSP setup of self.
