!Problem solved! Jekyll Project open with macOS Ventura with macOS Catalina not

Hello forum,

I have a phenomenon that I can open the same Jekyll project with one computer, macOS Ventura and with the other computer macOS Catalina not.
I use the same Ruby version 2.7.7 and I think the rest is identical except the macOS.
Attached is the error message.
What else is useful information to analyze and fix the error?
