Navi menu not always expanded

Hello,

I want to create documentation, in the same folder I have Readme.md file and I added a few other .md files. Menu is expanded, but then I click to each sub menu and I chance content then menu is collapsed. When I scroll down then menu is once again expanded. I would like to have menu always expanded, do you have any idea how can I do it?

This seems to be a CSS JS issue.
If you are using any theme, do contact the theme authors.
