There is great content online that explains how to work with Jekyll, but if you are completely unfamiliar with setting up a dev environment on your computer and managing that code on GitHub with GitHub Pages, you might be struggling to string all the content together.
The biggest challenge I had was finding content that explained how to use the blogging features, so I spend a good amount of time on that topic as well.
