Are there any known issues where jekyll build does not replicate the results from jekyll serve?
You can find the source at https://github.com/uataq/stilt/tree/gh-pages, which is modified from another template with some added javascript.
EDIT: javascript console tells all. css/js paths needed ‘/’ removed from beginning
