Anchors tags on Headers

Hi there

i’m trying to make anchors tags on headers in blog post

found this: http://blog.parkermoore.de/2014/08/01/header-anchor-links-in-vanilla-javascript-for-github-pages-and-jekyll/

But it doesn’t look like it’s working anymore, can you advise me how to implement the anchor?
