Hi,
I recently started using Minimal Mistakes theme with GitHub Pages.
I noticed that the page embeds third-party content from the following URLs
jsdelivr.net
cdn.jsdelivr.net.cdn.cloudflare.net
I suspect that font-awesome icons are being included via jsdelivr, is that correct? Since I live within the EU, I have to specify something like this in the privacy policy.
Yes that’s correct. You could easily self host Font Awesome and customize this line in the head if desired.
<meta charset="utf-8">
{% include seo.html %}

<link href="{% if site.atom_feed.path %}{{ site.atom_feed.path }}{% else %}{{ '/feed.xml' | relative_url }}{% endif %}" type="application/atom+xml" rel="alternate" title="{{ site.title }} Feed">
{% endunless %}
