Error With GitHub Pages Locally

Hi, I got the same problem and found a solution to this (digging in Stack Overflow):

  1. I downloaded this file
  2. Extracted libcurl.dll from inside of it
  3. Put that file in the bin folder of my Ruby installation. In my case was C:\Ruby24-x64\bin
  4. ???
  5. PROFIT!
