Not grabbing my language font, giving strange chars

When I copy the page link I get like above, Is it a chrome, javascript or jekyll issue?
go to my site and you see a post other than english. Click it and copy link somewhere in desktop you get like this. In mobile it works ok. Also site has a webshare api where link is grabbed like url: {{ site.url }}{{ page.url }}. There also it has problem like this.
