Hi, I have a Jekyll blog with 1,000s of posts. Now I’m planning to use [Cloudflare Image Resizing](https://developers.cloudflare.com/images/image-resizing/url-format/) to optimize the website. To make it happen I need to modify the image tag rendered from the markdown files.

In markdown file:
`![Apple](images/apple.jpg)`

Rendered image tag:
`<img src="images/apple.jpg" alt="Apple">`

How I want it to be:
`<img src="/cdn-cgi/image/width=80,quality=75/images/apple.jpg" alt="Apple" >`

Thanks in advance
