KaTeX not working on Github Pages

did you try setting it to nil instead of null? probably won’t work but there are some issues in the jekyll repo about this,here is one:

I have trouble stopping Jekyll (on Github Pages) from generating `<script type="…math/tex">...</script>` for every `$$...$$` in my markdown. The reason is I want to handle all the math manually using MathJax on my HTML output. I tried disabling the `kramdown math_engine` by setting it to `nil`. I also tried with `maruku` and setting `use_tex` to `false`. Both generate the same HTML for `$$...$$`. In my `_config.yml` I tried: ```yml kramdown: ... math_engine: nil ``` as well as: ```yml maruku: use_tex: false ```
