I don’t think you have the webrick server installed - see this thread:

Load error: cannot load such file -- webrick

There’s a similar sounding issue about Jekyll and Ruby 3.0. Does the work-around mentioned there help? Alternatively, downgrading to Homebrew’s Ruby@27 might be necessary until all the kinks are worked out.
