New release of Jekyll-Timeago, with better i18n and Jekyll support

Hi

I just released a new version (v0.10.0) of Jekyll-Timeago:

Basically, all the localization system has been revamped, launching also a new Ruby library (mini_i18n). Now, it allows useful features like: different language on each page via Front matter (multi-language), simple configuration via _config.yaml.

It also has a complete CI suite, where tests runs against different Jekyll versions.

Feel free to send any kind of feedback!
